Essential Workers Rehearsal for Sunday Operations-Required

Dear Ushers 

You are required to join us for our Mock Walk Thru as we prepare to enter our new Sanctuary for our upcoming services. This will be an important time to walk through the full experience from start to finish, ensuring every detail is ready for excellence. 

Date: September 6, 2025 

Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon 

Location: New Sanctuary
Breakfast: Continental Grab & Go will be served.

During the walkthrough, we will: 

· Experience the flow from a guest’s perspective 

· Experience the flow from a ministry perspective 

· Identify and resolve any gaps before services 

· Align our teams for a seamless execution 

· Some will be primary participants and others will be role playing. 

We are asking for full participation as this is key in helping us create a welcoming, organized, and impactful environment. Please come ready to observe, engage, with feedback.
